Names! Names! & More names!

I’m putting together all my notes for my Nano novel this November and I’m having a hard time coming up with character names. I have most of the plot ready but need names of new characters, some human some not, tavern names, street names etc. I’ve got to spend some quality time with some name generators.

Anyone else out there have similar naming issues?

I have the same problem, too. I usually do a google search for all kinds of name generators and I have found a few good ones. Sometimes I just use names of people I work with. It helps to carry a notebook with you in case you hear any good names, then you can jot them down. I’m from New Zeland so names that are common here might be exotic and useful to your story. I love reading Fantasy novels! Good luck with yours!
